QuESTlink is developed by Oxford University’s Quantum Technology Theory Group (qtechtheory.org), lead by Simon Benjamin, and with support from QuantumMotion. QuESTlink is frequently extended to satisfy the evolving needs of the group, primarily in the study of algorithms for first generation quantum computers.
